THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our Admissions team reviews applications on a “rolling admissions” basis, and therefore, there is no application deadline, and assessments may take place throughout the academic year. Applications for The Lisboan are open now for the 25/26 academic year, up to and including year 10. You may register your interest for the following academic year at any time and you will be contacted upon submitting an enquiry.
If a seat is not available for your child in a given academic year, we kindly ask that you submit a new application for the following year, along with any updated reports and documentation. This ensures that we have the most accurate and current information to review for the next admissions cycle.

APPLY IN 6 EASY STEPS
Create an enquiry on our website. You will receive an automated email with a link to our application form. Alternatively, you can wait for a member of our admissions team to reach out to you.
To enrol your child in The Lisboan you will be required to gather the supporting documents:
- Child’s Passport
- Both parent’s/guardian’s passports
- Vaccination Record
- End of Year Report
- Passport Size Photo
To apply, complete the online form and upload all required documents, including your child’s most recent school report if applicable. Ensure you check the age placement guide to apply for the correct year group.
The EUR 250 application fee (for Year 1 and above) can be paid online. Applications are processed once all documents and the fee have been submitted.
You can upload supporting documents via the Open Apply checklist. For mobile users, we recommend downloading the Open Apply app for easier application management.
Entrance assessments are not required for admission to The Lisboan. However, your child might be invited to complete an assessment to help us determine the best placement within the school. These assessments help us understand your child’s development and attainment level.
Successful applicants will receive an official offer letter via email within 5 working days. This may vary depending on school holiday periods and during busier work periods.
Please secure your child’s place within 10 working days of receiving your offer by submitting the following three items:
- Acceptance form – accepting the Terms & Conditions on your child’s checklist
- Parent/Guardian Contract – acknowledging the Parent/Guardian contract on your child’s checklist
- Paying the enrolment fee thus securing their spot

Application (250€)
We require a non-refundable application fee to help manage the time and resources dedicated to our admissions process. This ensures that our team can focus on families who are genuinely interested in joining our community, allowing us to provide the attention and care every application deserves. Thank you for understanding the importance of this step in maintaining an efficient and meaningful process.
REGISTRATION (4750€)
Our registration fee is a one-time payment that helps support the administrative process, faculty planning, and resources needed to prepare for each student’s enrollment. This ensures we can provide the highest level of care and support for all families joining our community.
